regarding the shop

Previously, yencubed items were designed with an approach that we want to showcase our art style, or to portray cute illustrations or even to challenge ourselves artistically.

However, after doing this for one year, we stepped back to reflect about what we have achieved so far and realised that we have merging aspirations. And therefore, we have grown into a shop that aims to share thought-inducing and awareness raising designs. Each shop update will feature stationery designed around a certain concept.

regarding shipping

For local brunei orders, We only use Pos Brunei Speedpost for now, which we have set a flat rate of $3 for Brunei Muara and $4 for Tutong & Belait.

For international orders, rates will fluctuate from time to time in accordance to the local postal service. We will try to absorb some of the postal fee but do expect the mail to reach later than expected due to Covid. Tracking number will be emailed or DM to you once your order has been shipped.

regarding return & exchange

Kindly double check your cart before checking out to avoid any setbacks. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations but feel free to contact us if you have any problem with your order.

regarding payment

For local brunei orders, payment is via bibd transfer. A screenshot of payment and order number needs to be sent via IG DM or email then will the order be processed.

For international orders, payment will be via PayPal or Maybank transfer (Malaysia only). During checkout, choose the payment option “others”. We will contact you within 5 working days via email or IG DM for the paypal or maybank account details.

If you would like a receipt, do leave us a note and we will issue an E-receipt.

regarding packaging

As a personal effort in reducing rubbish and single use plastic, we have pledged (to ourselves hehe) to re-use as much paper or plastic and avoid single use materials.

Due to this mindset, we do not place so much importance in the aesthetics of our packaging, as long as it can protect the items.

We would appreciate if the patrons can also share this vision with us, and re-use the packaging, papers or the adhesives on the package. Let us all put in whatever effort we can to care for our earth.
